We're all a Partying In Louisville

Thursday, 6pm, the last comment was posted here. I went to check the site, and there was no activity. "Strange" I thought. Then I remembered, we're all in Kentucky!

What touched you the most?

What a party it was in Louisville, Ky !!!
The integrity and knowledge of the Leadership was Awesome. We are happy to be associated with TEAM...All the way

What touched me was when 20 thousand people, on their own, with out anyone telling them to, started yelling "I AM SPARTICUS!!"

Orrin's talk on Persistence. When Churchill faced the Nazis as they threatened to crush the puny little Island of Brittan, and he said "Bring It!"

Lines are drawn and gantlets have been thrown down...Bring It!!!

What touched me most is the level of character and integrity all the leaders talked about. I have grown up in Church, I am a born again Christian and I know what is right and wrong and for the most part a "good" person but as the weekend went on I got to thinking I have aways to go, would I make a special trip to give back an over payment of 37 cents the answer is probably not...The other thing that touched me was defining a mission statement for me...who I am and why am I here. All I got to say is I am going to be upset if I find out someone got paid for this...Just kidding you can't put a price tag on the stuff we gained out of this weekend, The cost of the conference doesn't come close to the ammout of info we got. to sum up the weekend WOW!!!! Thank you Bill Newton for believing in me!!!

I wouldn't say it touched me but it was such a thrill...We walked up on saturday and couldn't find the end of the line! I kept thinking it is right around this corner but no, there was a line of people as far as I could see. Someone said the people in the front of the line had been there since 4:30 am. What dedication. It is so exciting to be part of something larger than ourselves.

besides Orrin's awesome "History Lessons" I loved Chuch Getchie's(spelling?), mission statement. Overall it was history in the making only the spirit could understand.

I HAVE BEEN A PART OF TEAM FOR 6 YEARS NOW AND I CAN SAY THAT THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST LEADERSHIP CONVENTION YET!!! WE ARE STANDING ON THE SHOULDERS OF GIANTS, I BELIEVE IN OUR LEADERS, I BELIEVE IN OUR ABILITY TO RISE UP INTO LEADERSHIP, AND I BELIEVE IN EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE PEOPLE THAT WERE THERE THIS WEEKEND ON THEIR OWN FREE WILL BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE BORN WITH SEEDS OF GREATNESS INSIDE OF THEM AND FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS!!!!!!! THE REVOLUTION HAS ONLY BEGUN!!!!

It was an amazing, awesome, wonderful weekend! Orrin's "History Lessons," Tim's comments to the "visitors" while he tried to teach about leadership, Chuck's Mission Statement workshop, Chris' hillarious examples of human nature as he taught on people skills and all the incredible teachings on leadership, character and being a person to whom success will come because you have EARNED it and thus deserve it. It was the weekend of a lifetime, and I would not have missed it for the world! St. Louis and One Million People, HERE WE COME!!!!!

Wow how amazing was the Louisville weekend, can't wait for St. Louis. This was only my 2nd major so I would loveee to see how much better it can possibly get. Like Orrin said BRING IT. Cause the Team is ready.

All speakers were amazing.

Orrin, Tim & of course Chris always touch my heart with their wisdom & humor.

Pastor Dickie gave 2 phenomenal talks and I loved Randy Haugen's calm demeanor in the face of months worth of disparaging remarks made about him and the leadership.

But our favorite ?

" BRING IT !!! "

This was my first TEAM major and I was blown away. I learned more about character, integrity and leadership in three days than I have in over 10 years of Yager functions.

I realized that I have a long way to go to even get on the same chart as Orrin, Chris, Tim, Randy, Chuck and of course Paster Dickie when it comes to those 3 aspects.

I'm proud to be part of TEAM because I now have the map to improve myself and become the man of character that I am striving to be.

To all TEAM employees and of course the leaders....THANK YOU. I can not express my true gratitude in words but I will strive to do so with my actions.

BRING IT!

But, also, what a thrill to see the reception granted to those whom we honor. Since August, we've not all had the chance to express our appreciation, respect, and honor for all these leadres have done, and continue to do and sacrifice for us. Orrin, Chris, Bill Florence, Chuck Goetschel, Randy Haugen -- having read the postings over the last few months - and understanding a bit better all that they (and their families) have had to endure!

To be able to show them how much we apprciated their efforts in the 'war room' and how excited we are about our futures!

If you missed it.....you missed it! You can't re-capture it. But don't miss the next one.....St. Louis will never be the same again!

Stephen --
I would echo your comments and add something. On Friday night, when Chris and Terry were introduced in Freedom Hall and got that incredible over-5-minute standing ovation, I was sitting with a side view of the stage, and a DIRECT view of the front row, where the PC members sit.
Orrin, Laurie and some of the other PC members were there, having come out when Chris and Terry were introduced.
Orrin and Laurie were alternatively clapping, laughing and hugging during the ovation. That is, when they weren't mopping up joyous tears and threatening to break their faces with their smiles!!!
The looks of pure pleasure and total delight on ALL the PC member's faces in those moments is one I will remember and cherish the memory of having helped create forever.

We have been attending Majors since 2005 and cannot remember one with greater impact than this one in Louisville! Not only what the Leaders shared, but especially their examples of integrity and humility, cause us to know we are truly "in the right place at the right time." Thank you, Eric & Jen, for believing in us and encouraging us even when we didn't believe in ourselves. All our leaders are fantastic! We are on to St. Louis and a million plus!

Cameron Marks!!!!
What an inspiration to TEAM kids everywere. I stood in a very long line to meet Tim, but when I got up there all I wanted to do was shake Cameron's hand and tell him what an amazing young man he is.
I pray that I can raise my boys to have the passion he has. Louisville was more life changing then I can put into words.

Where can I start. We, my wife and I have been attending functions for over 18 yrs, with various teams and of course now with "The TEAM". We have never witnessed anything to compare and we have seen some good ones over the years. Who was my favorite? All of the speakers were incredible, but 2 stood out perhaps more than the others. Chuck Getcheals talk on defining your personal mission statement was the best I have ever heard. And the final talk by Orrin was the most inspirational talk I have ever witnesed, ever!!! I believe there were about 10-12 standing ovations during his speech. Wow!! What was most exciting is our 20 yr old son was there to witness this and you cannot put a price tag on that. It was the beginning to what I believe will be the greatest leadership revolution to ever hit planet Earth!!!!! Ever!!! I am Sparticus!!!! To the Q/A. Just go away and leave us alone.

What touched me most was the feeling of serenity I felt when I was walking around the arena.I was meeting and greeting as many people as possible, everyone of them was family.I knew I was home,I was with the people I will be with the rest of my life.

Thank you TEAM leaders.I am looking forward to joining you on P/C and R/T.

See you in St louis.
