Free At Last, Free At Last, Thank The Almighty, I'm Free At Last

Today is my last day of the 6-month rule. While I am still under the 2-year rule, it appears that I am free to do whatever I want, just not with whoever I want. That's fine. With counsel from my mentor, and my lawyer, I believe that I am finally out from under Quixtar.

I hope you have enjoyed this blog. Today also marks my last day of following any news about Quixtar, Amway, Alticore, etc. I am closing that chapter in my life. This blog is part of that chapter. I have tried to leave some balanced information about the struggle Team has faced. I cannot say it was not a biased documentary, but I hope that the information here shows the public dialog that surrounded the whole incident.

I hold no malice towards Quixtar, Amway, Alticore or anyone associated with them (including their Amway Business Operators). I have come to a place of peace with the situation. I know there are others who still struggle (legally and otherwise) with "The Corporation," and I wish them good luck.

I leave this site as an internet memorial to what has happened. I hope it helps someone find truth in their life. I hope it serves as a thorn (albeit small) in Alticore that serves as a mechanism for improvement for them. If they do not improve, then I fear that one of the great American Success stories dies in the second generation (as we see in "The Millionaire Next Door").

I do hope Amway can be a success, although I will not be a part of it. When I learned of the origin of the name (shortened from The American Way), I became rather proud of its heritage. I'm sure Jody Victor, as a son of founders of "The Corporation," feels that pride. I hope this whole issue can help strengthen them.

For me, I have other roads that diverge from theirs. With what I have learned from Team, I am starting a new venture that I have wanted to start since before I had children. I am also moving forward with Mona Vie, and my relationship with my mentor.

I wish you all well. I hope you learn from your struggles (and not just the obvious ones we've discussed here), grow and become better, no matter which company you have decided to invest your future in.

Good luck and farewell.

Congratulations on freedom. I wanted to thank you for presenting the information on this site with class and dignity. From the bottom of my heart, I wish you much happiness and success in whatever you chose to do with your future.
If ever we should meet on the same road at some point in the future, I hope to be able to look you in the eye, shake your hand, and thank you in person for a job well done.

I will miss your blog. As perhaps the only blog that has listed both sides, I have gone here many times, if nothing else, to see what else I had missed. I have tried very hard to be fair in my comments on both sides. I have liked to find out what you have thought. The last 7 months has been an emotional roller coaster, with a company I have defended for over 16 years and mentors I have followed for as long, having a very public divorce.

I will not say where I am as far as renewing or not. I had publicly stated I would decide by the end of December. I did, with much thought, but I have not announced what I decided.

I for one wish you well. Of course I wish any remaining IBO well, and any IBO that thought they weren't an IBO a peaceful out.

President's Message: Building a Home-Based Business with Integrity
By Dallin Larsen, founder and president, MonaVie

Dear MonaVie,

Each week, thousands of individuals worldwide become members of the MonaVie family to experience our unique products and exceptional financial opportunity. With our extraordinary growth, we expect that MonaVie will continue to attract individuals looking to build a home-based business.

We believe in abundance—not scarcity—at MonaVie. At no time have we as a company targeted another direct selling company to influence their distributors to join us. In fact, many of MonaVie's top leaders have never been involved in direct selling prior to joining MonaVie. We are, in essence, increasing the circle of influence this amazing form of free enterprise has in today's society.

We recognize that for a number of reasons—including a product that can benefit everyone, exciting rewards and recognition, and a record of delivering on our promises—we will continue to attract people from other companies. However, we ask that no distributor purposely target another direct selling company, as this is not in harmony with the MonaVie culture. We have no desire to cause any harm or consternation to any company offering a home-based financial opportunity.

Recently, some individuals (previously with Quickstar/Amway) chose to join MonaVie. Once their respective non-compete agreements have expired, we will welcome them one at a time to the MonaVie family. All MonaVie distributors are required to abide by our Policies and Procedures. We ask that individuals who have non-compete obligations to another direct selling company honor those obligations. As a company, we are 100% committed to ensuring the long term success of MonaVie. At no time would any distributor, or group of distributors, be allowed to circumvent our Policies and Procedures.

As evidence of how strongly we feel about our commitment to operate with the highest level of integrity, we've recently altered our online application. We now ask each new MonaVie distributor to verify that, by joining us, they are not violating the Policies and Procedures of any other direct selling company with whom they may currently be, or have previously been, affiliated.

Furthermore, we recognize that some of the individuals joining us from Quickstar/Amway will have specific ideas for a business building system. These distributors will be treated as would any other distributor: If and when any of these individuals reaches the rank of Black Diamond, or have a qualified Black Diamond sponsor, they will be allowed to submit their system for teaching and training their MonaVie distributors to our Compliance department. Pending approval from the MonaVie Compliance department, they will receive an independent seal of approval.

Each MonaVie distributor is free to follow any training system approved by the MonaVie Compliance department; however, I strongly encourage all distributors to follow the approved system provided by their line of sponsorship. It is inappropriate for any distributor to entice another MonaVie distributor to switch from one business building system to another. Likewise, it is inappropriate—and against our policies—for a distributor to entice another distributor to switch lines of sponsorship.

Finally, we have grown as a company because of the trust we have built with our employees, vendors, and, most importantly, with you, our valued distributors. If for whatever reason, any MonaVie distributor ever feels they would be better served by pursuing another financial opportunity, we would wish them Godspeed and simply hope that they would continue experiencing the health enhancing benefits of our products. And, should the opportunity ever arise, we would welcome them back with open arms to once again pursue their financial dreams through MonaVie.

Warmest regards,

Dallin A. Larsen

Thank you for all the time and effort that you have spent on this blog. It was my personal favorite to provide me with up to date information from both sides.
I, personally (and my wife), are very excited about the potential of MonaVie. While I can't build a MonaVie Business yet, as my six months doesn't end for another couple weeks, I am chomping at the bit to get started.
When I am able to, I will build a great MonaVie Business. The compensation plan is AWESOME! The plan is SOOO simple. I CAN'T WAIT!!! (although I will wait for a few more short weeks!)
Thanks again for all that you have done, and the Leadership that you have provided.
Who knows, some day we might meet on the beaches of the world, and I will be able to shake you hand, look into you eyes, and say THANK YOU!!!!!
UNITED WE STAND
SPARTAN FOR LIFE!!
